Returning after Summer Holidays:
Thursday 29th August 2024.

October mid-term break: All schools will close from Monday 28th October to Friday 1st November 2024 inclusive. 

Christmas:
All schools will close on Friday 20th of December 2024, 12 noon.  
All schools will re-open on Monday 6th January 2025. 

February Bank Holiday:
Closed Monday 3rd February 2025.

February 2023 mid-term break:
Monday 17th February to Friday 21st February 2025 inclusive.

St. Patrick’s Bank Holiday:
Closed Monday 17th March and Tuesday 18th March 2025.

Easter: 
All schools will close on Friday 11th April 2025 at 12 noon. 
All schools will re-open on Monday 28th April 2025.

Circular 0072/2022 
Where contingency arrangements are required to make up time lost due to unforeseen school closures the school authority may reduce the length of the Easter break by remaining open up to and including Wednesday 27th March 2024. 


May Bank Holiday:   Closed Monday 5th May 2025.

June Bank Holiday: Closed Monday 2nd June 2025.

Summer Closing: Friday 27th June 2025 at 12 noon.
